The LT
The LT4321 is a dual ideal diode bridge controller designed to enable Power over Ethernet (PoE) powered devices to receive power from RJ-45 data pairs or spare pairs in either voltage polarity. By replacing the eight diodes in a passive PoE rectifier bridge with the LT4321 and eight N-channel MOSFETs, it reduces heat generation and increases delivered power efficiency.

It is a dual ideal diode bridge controller that enables a PoE powered device to receive power in either voltage polarity from RJ-45 data pairs, spare pairs, or both.
It replaces the eight diodes in a passive PoE rectifier bridge with the controller and eight N-channel MOSFETs, which eases thermal design and increases delivered power.
It works with 2-Pair and 4-Pair PoE Applications and is fully compatible with IEEE 802.3 Detection, as well as PoE, PoE+, and LTPoE++™.
