The manual provides installation, wiring, and operation instructions for the DSN3-DM indoor electromagnetic lock.
This guide describes the applicable range of the DSN3-DM indoor electromagnetic lock, which is suitable for indoor high‑voltage equipment of 3, 6, 10, and 35 kV. It outlines the environmental limits such as altitude (≤1000 m), temperature (‑15 °C to 40 °C, special areas down to ‑25 °C), humidity (≤95 %), and requirements for a clean, non‑flammable installation site.
The document details the lock’s structure (mechanical core, compression spring, display module, coil, and travel switch) and its operating principle, which combines high‑voltage status indication with forced mechanical locking. Installation steps, normal operation, emergency unlocking, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Rated Phase Voltage Range | 1.5% ≤ rated phase voltage ≤ 6.5% |
|---|---|
| Locking Voltage | ≥ 6.5% |
| Operating Power Supply | AC or DC |
Connect the power supply so the indicator lights up, ensure L1‑L3 lights are off, turn the handle opposite to the unlocking direction, press the lock button, and the lock will open.
Insert the supplied unlocking key into the unlock hole and turn it in the direction of the arrow to release the lock.
Check the sensor contacts, wiring to the lock, and grounding bolts; replace the sensor or improve connections as needed.
