The QbtestTMX-GreenII DNA quantification kit uses a fluorescent dye that binds double‑stranded DNA and emits at Ex/Em 480/520 nm. It is compatible with Qubit fluorometers and offers a detection range of 10 pg/µL to 100 ng/µL with a linear relationship (R² > 0.99). The kit includes components A (concentrated reagent), B (buffer), and standard dsDNA solutions C and D.
To use the kit, prepare a 1× working solution by diluting component A with component B at a 1:200 ratio (e.g., 100 µL A into 20 mL B) in a plastic container protected from light. Add the working solution to samples in transparent thin‑walled EP tubes, incubate at room temperature for 2 min, then read fluorescence on the Qubit instrument to generate a standard curve and calculate DNA concentration.
