This Toray datasheet details specifications of the TMG(D) Series low‑pressure brackish‑water RO membrane elements, including area, salt rejection, flow…
The TMG(D) Series membrane elements use cross‑linked fully aromatic polyamide composite membranes to provide high‑quality permeate and robust chemical tolerance for low‑pressure brackish‑water reverse osmosis applications. The product is manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards and certified to NSF/ANSI 61 for drinking water.
Key specifications include membrane area, nominal and minimum salt rejection, product flow rates, feed spacer thickness and physical dimensions. Test conditions are defined at 150 psi feed pressure, 77 °F temperature, 2,000 mg/L NaCl concentration, 15 % recovery and pH 7. Suitable for municipal drinking water, industrial process water and water reuse. This manual is written in Spanish.
| Membrane Area | 87 ft² (8 m²) – 440 ft² (41 m²) |
|---|---|
| Nominal Salt Rejection | 99.7 % |
| Minimum Salt Rejection | 99.5 % |
| Product Flow Rate | 2,650 gpd (10.0 m³/d) – 13,300 gpd (50.3 m³/d) |
| Minimum Product Flow Rate | 2,120 gpd (8.0 m³/d) – 11,200 gpd (42.4 m³/d) |
| Feed Spacer Thickness | 34 mil |
The nominal salt rejection is 99.7 %.
Test conditions are feed water pressure 150 psi, temperature 77 °F, concentration 2,000 mg/L NaCl, recovery rate 15 % and pH 7.
They are suitable for municipal drinking water, industrial process water and water reuse.
