Open a web browser and navigate to http://www.singlewindow.cn.
The system supports Windows 7 or Windows 10, both 32‑bit and 64‑bit versions; Windows XP is not recommended.
Use Google Chrome version 20 or higher (Chrome 50+ is recommended) or Internet Explorer 9 or higher (IE10/11 recommended).
Log in to the Single Window, go to “My IC Card” → “Ministry of Commerce Electronic Key”, click the “Bind Card” button and enter the key password.
