The PPG QP24 3 High Performance Water-based Epoxy Anti-corrosion Primer is a coating designed for exposed metallic structures, industrial machinery, and equipment surfaces in corrosive circumstances. It consists of epoxy resin, additives, pigment, and deionized water, forming a tough film with excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance after curing. Key characteristics include high crosslinking density, strong solvent resistance, outstanding anti-flash rust performance, and low VOC emissions. This manual is written in Chinese.

The recommended dry film thickness is 30 -60μm per coat.
The pot life is 2 hours after mixing completely.
Environment temperature should be above 10 ℃, relative humidity lower than 70%, and substrate temperature 5℃ higher than dew point.
