Reference panel for Hepatitis E virus nucleic‑acid detection kits, providing negative, positive, precision and detection‑limit samples.
The National Reference Panel provides a set of 15 liquid reference samples for quality control of Hepatitis E virus nucleic‑acid detection kits (PCR‑fluorescent probe, isothermal amplification, etc.). The kit includes negative, positive, precision and detection‑limit specimens prepared from virus‑positive plasma, stool suspensions and other microbial cultures.
Each sample is supplied in a 0.5 mL frozen‑tube and must be stored at –70 °C or lower. Users should fully thaw and mix the specimens before use, perform nucleic‑acid extraction as recommended by the kit manufacturer, and follow the specified dilution and repeat‑testing procedures for performance evaluation. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Batch number | 340044-202201 |
|---|---|
| Total number of samples | 15 vials (0.5 mL each) |
| Negative reference specimens | 7 vials, 0.5 mL each (N1‑N7) |
| Positive reference specimens | 6 vials, 0.5 mL each (P1‑P6) |
| Precision reference specimen | 1 vial, 0.5 mL (J) |
| Detection‑limit reference specimen | 1 vial, 0.5 mL (L) |
| Storage temperature | -70 °C or lower |
Store the frozen tubes at –70 °C or lower and avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles.
Seven negative reference vials (N1‑N7) are provided, each containing 0.5 mL of liquid.
The precision reference (J) must be diluted 10‑fold and 100‑fold, each diluted sample is tested ten times in parallel.
