The IUL-30 series U‑shaped coreless linear motor module provides high thrust, speed, acceleration and precision in a compact design. It features an integrated digital displacement sensor with up to 2 µm repeatability and 1 µm resolution, and outputs RS‑422 incremental digital pulses.
The module supports travel ranges from 5 mm to 6000 mm and can be configured with single or dual guide‑rail installations for single‑axis or X‑Y platforms.
