The Colisure test kit uses IDEXX's patented fixed‑enzyme substrate technology (DST) to simultaneously detect total coliforms, E. coli, or fecal coliforms in water. Positive reactions produce a pink/red colour or fluorescence, allowing results to be read after incubation.
