Weigh 18.0g of dry powder, add to 1L of distilled water, boil until dissolved, sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes, and cool.
Add one vial of Potassium Tellurite Broth matching reagent (SR0060) to every 100ml of medium after cooling.
Inoculate with control strains and incubate at 35～37°C.
