This manual covers the operation, settings, and troubleshooting for the HamDerBurg S-245D digital two-phase stepper driver.
The HamDerBurg S-245D is an intelligent digital stepper driver featuring a 32-bit DSP chip and space vector PID current control technology. It supports input voltages from 24V to 50VDC and output currents up to 4.5A peak, designed for low noise, low vibration, and high torque applications. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Input Voltage Range | 24~50VDC |
|---|---|
| Peak Output Current | 1.0A to 4.5A |
| Max Pulse Response Frequency | 500KHz |
| Subdivision Options | 16 levels (200~25600 pulses/rev) |
It drives two-phase stepper motors with outer diameters of 57mm or 60mm and rated currents between 1.0A and 4.5A.
Set switch SW4 to ON for half-current (50% of working current) to reduce heat and improve reliability.
Power off the unit, then power it back on. Alternatively, use the ENA signal to clear the fault before re-enabling.
