Press the MODE button; the display cycles through information and automatically returns to the previous view after five seconds.
Open the battery compartment and insert three alkaline R6, UM3 or AA batteries; remove them when they are exhausted.
Press MODE until ALARM flashes, then press MEMO/TIME SET, set the hours and minutes with the H and M buttons, and press MEMO/TIME SET again to store the setting.
