The GTS‑VB series multi‑axis motion controller is built on a PCI bus and uses DSP and FPGA for high‑speed motion planning. It can control stepper or servo motors with pulse or analog signals, offering point‑to‑point, continuous trajectory, linear, circular, helical and spatial interpolation modes, as well as acceleration, S‑curve smoothing and gear or cam functions.
The controller supports 4 or 8 axes, provides up to 1 MHz pulse output, 8 analog axis channels (‑10 V to +10 V) and 4 non‑axis analog channels (0‑10 V). It includes extensive I/O, encoder inputs, laser control, and optional expansion modules. Development libraries for VC, VB, C# and LabVIEW are supplied for easy integration. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Controllable axes | 4 or 8 axes |
|---|---|
| Control method | Pulse, analog |
| Control period | 250 µs (pulse) / 125 µs (analog) |
| Pulse output frequency | 1 MHz |
| Analog axis output channels | 8 channels, –10 V to +10 V |
| Encoder input | ABZ differential, 8 MHz sampling |
| Power supply | 24 V DC ±10%, min 3 A |
| Operating temperature | 0 °C to 55 °C |
| Controller dimensions | 168 mm × 126 mm |
It can control either 4 or 8 axes.
The control period is 250 µs for pulse mode and 125 µs for analog mode.
Libraries are provided for VC, VB, C# and LabVIEW.
