The Fubio H1N1-M1 pseudovirus (FNRV2843) is a chemically synthesized positive control for viral RNA extraction and qPCR assays.
The H1N1-M1 pseudovirus is produced by cloning a partial M1 gene of Influenza A H1N1 into a retroviral vector and purifying the particles. It serves as a positive control for RNA extraction and quantitative PCR experiments. The product contains glucose, KH₂PO₄, Na₂HPO₄, NaCl, KCl, and the pseudovirus itself.
Store the vial frozen at –20 °C or lower; it remains stable for 12 months. Recommended use is 50–100 µL per assay. The virus can be thawed on ice or at 4 °C, optionally inactivated by heating at 56 °C for 30 min, and then processed with standard RNA extraction kits. Follow biosafety and waste‑disposal guidelines when handling. This manual is written in Chinese.
