The CROBOTP CRP-JS-YF2-NT-00003-A1 robot fault manual provides troubleshooting steps for IPM, power, overload, bus voltage and inertia learning issues.
This manual describes common fault symptoms of CROBOTP six‑axis robots and offers analysis, causes and corrective actions. It covers drive‑related alarms such as IPM faults, 24 V power supply anomalies, overload, hardware over‑current, encoder overspeed, bus undervoltage, and inertia‑learning failures.
The document includes measurement procedures for power modules, voltage checks, parameter adjustments, and detailed maintenance steps. It also contains guidance for laser‑welding and scanning faults in later sections, ensuring technicians can diagnose and resolve a wide range of robot issues. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Expected voltage between X70 U phase and X04 P (bus positive) | 0.4 V |
|---|---|
| Expected voltage between X70 V phase and X04 P (bus positive) | 0.4 V |
| Expected voltage between X70 W phase and X04 P (bus positive) | 0.4 V |
| Bus undervoltage threshold default | 230 V |
| Maximum allowed current for a power module | 3.5 × rated current |
Check the motor for a missing phase or short circuit; if the fault resets, the hardware is OK and the issue is external.
Set a multimeter to diode mode, connect the positive probe to the X70 U terminal and the negative probe to X04 P (bus positive) to read about 0.4 V; repeat for V and W phases.
If motor gain parameters differ greatly from actual values, the inertia learning may fail; adjust the gain parameters and retry the learning process.
