The manual explains setup, operation, and safety for the HS-4B ex‑vivo organ temperature controller.
The HS-4B organ temperature controller provides precise temperature control for ex‑vivo organ experiments in physiology and pharmacology. It includes a heating bath, a McIntyre dish, and can be integrated with multi‑channel signal acquisition systems.
The guide covers technical specifications, instrument structure, step‑by‑step operating procedures, safety precautions, and a list of required accessories for complete system assembly. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Temperature control range | -15 °C ~ 100 °C |
|---|---|
| Temperature stability | ±0.02 °C |
| Heating power | 1 kW |
| Water pump flow rate | 6 L/min |
| Bath volume | 9 L |
| Instrument dimensions (L×W×H) | 540 mm × 400 mm × 400 mm |
| Power supply | AC 220 V ±10 % 50 Hz |
| Maximum ambient humidity | ≤85 % |
| Ambient temperature range | +5 °C ~ 35 °C |
The cooling unit should be turned on only when the set temperature is below +40 °C; it must never be used for temperatures above 40 °C.
Use a 1:1 mixture of ethylene glycol and water as the cooling liquid for temperatures below +5 °C.
The liquid surface should be 2–3 cm below the bath cover; higher may cause overflow, lower may damage the heating element.
