Turn on the unit, wait for normal operation, push both levers down, press the safety switch, hold for 3 seconds, release, and the unit will be in options mode.
It protects against accidental dispensing of boiling water and the risk of burns, especially for children.
In options mode, press and release the hot (left) lever to scroll through options: Red Icon Off, Padlock icon on, Red icon on, then touch the safety switch to save and exit.
Press the pressure relief valve located under the unit cover beside the filter housing.
