What are the compatibility limits for detergents and reducing agents?

The kit is compatible with up to 5% SDS, Triton X-100, Tween 20/60/80. However, EDTA must be below 10mM, EGTA is incompatible, DTT should be below 1mM, and β-Mercaptoethanol below 0.01%.

What equipment is required for the assay?

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent spectrophotometer (ELISA reader) with a wavelength of 540-595nm (best at 562nm) and a 96-well plate are required.
