The AMJTM Dispers H-163S wetting dispersant is a solvent‑based polymer additive that improves pigment dispersion, gloss, color strength and reduces viscosity.
About this manual
Dispers H-163S is a solvent‑type coating additive that creates spatial‑steric effects between pigment particles, preventing flocculation and giving the particles an isoelectric point. It maintains minimal particle size, delivering high gloss, strong coloration, improved transparency and better coverage, while also lowering system viscosity.
The product appears as a light‑brown liquid with a density of 0.98–1.02 g/ml and contains more than 45 % active polymer. It includes amine groups (10 mg KOH/g) and is dissolved in a mixture of xylene, PMA and BA, with a flash point above 28 °C. Recommended pigment dosage ranges from 10–20 % for TiO₂ and up to 100 % for high‑surface‑area carbon black. Store in a sealed, cool, dry, ventilated space; temperatures below 5 °C may cause separation, and the shelf life is 12 months. This manual is written in Chinese.
