The AccuAir TouchPad™ Controller Operation Manual provides setup, calibration, operation, and troubleshooting instructions for the e‑Level™ system.
This manual explains the AccuAir e‑Level™ system, which manages the height of up to four air springs and integrates with the vehicle’s compressor. It describes the three selectable vehicle heights—Ride Height, Low/Cruise, and High/Extra Clearance—controlled via the TouchPad™ Controller.
The guide covers system calibration, manual and automatic programming, button functions for raising and lowering each air spring, and detailed fault diagnosis with indicator light meanings. Safety warnings and service disable procedures are also included.
| Maximum number of air springs | 4 |
|---|---|
| Low voltage warning threshold | 10.5 V |
| High voltage warning threshold | 16.0 V |
| Default tank pressure mode | 150 PSI |
| Adjustable tank pressure modes | 175 PSI or 200 PSI |
With the ignition ON, hold the Program button and the Position #2 button for 5 seconds; the indicators will strobe and the system will automatically calibrate.
A red UP/DOWN arrow pair indicates that the corresponding ride‑height sensor or valve has failed or become electrically disconnected.
Press the UP button for the desired corner to fill the spring, or press the DOWN button to empty it.
