ABP Biosciences' Annexin V (A029-1, A029-2) is a calcium‑dependent phospholipid‑binding protein supplied as lyophilized powder for apoptosis detection.
Annexin V is a Ca2+‑dependent phospholipid‑binding protein (35‑36 kD) that binds phosphatidylserine exposed on early apoptotic cells, enabling detection by fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry. The reagent is produced in E. coli and supplied as lyophilized powder for labeling with eGFP, FITC or biotin.
Two product codes are offered: A029‑1 (500 µg) and A029‑2 (1 mg). Both are stored at 2‑6 °C, have a shelf life of one year, and are >90 % pure. Reconstitution is done with deionized water to 1 mg/mL, yielding a solution containing 20 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.0). This manual is written in Chinese.
