About this manual

This manual describes the THB6128 hybrid stepping motor driver chip, including its pinout, electrical parameters, and functional features such as microstepping, decay mode selection, and standby operation. Detailed tables list maximum ratings, operating ranges, and characteristic curves for designers.

The document also explains how to configure the driver via pins for enable, reset, direction, and current setting, and provides guidelines for setting chopping frequency and protecting against short‑circuit conditions. Contact information for the manufacturer is included at the end. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

Which pin enables or disables the driver output?

The ENABLE pin is active low; when it is low the output is forced off, and when high the driver operates normally.

How do I set the microstepping mode?

Microstepping is selected using the ML, M2, and M3 pins; each pin corresponds to a specific division factor such as 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, etc.

How is the driver reset to its initial state?

Pull the RESET pin low; this forces the output to its initial mode and clears the position detection logic.
