This document is the product manual of VetScreen PRV kit from Hikon Bio. The kit is mainly used for PCR detection of porcine pseudorabies virus, including 50 amplification reactions of required reagents.
The VetScreen PRV kit is a one‑step PCR assay for detecting porcine pseudorabies virus (PRV) in clinical and environmental samples. Each kit provides reagents for up to 50 amplification reactions, including master mix, positive control, and Taq polymerase.
The manual explains how to store the reagents at –20 °C, prepare the reaction mix, run the PCR cycling program, analyze products by agarose gel electrophoresis (194 bp target), and interpret results. It also lists required controls, spiking procedures to detect inhibition, and contact information for technical support and warranty terms. This manual is written in Chinese.
