MAST5-3C-U17 is a 3-way IGBT driver board. The driver board integrates 3 mutually isolated DC-DCs, each with a driving current of 5A. This driver board uses a current source drive mode, which reduces the Miller effect time and switching loss under the same EMI conditions. Each path has VCE short circuit protection. Each path has undervoltage protection. Each path has IGBT gate TVS protection elements. Each path has power indicator and pulse indicator. The flat line signal interface is concentrated, and supports multiple input levels. Externally, only 12VDC (9-18V) or 24VDC (18-32V) is required.
