About this manual

The National SD-MA16 is a microcomputer-controlled automatic mochi (rice cake) maker for home use, supplied with an instruction manual and recipe collection and a separate warranty card. The manual starts with safety precautions, then shows the names of the parts and how to attach and remove the inner lid, the steam tank packing and the other components.

It explains how to weigh, wash, soak and drain the glutinous rice and set it in the steamer, and it describes the menu courses: mochi and mixed rice, steamed dishes, bread and pizza dough, white bread and raisin bread, butter rolls and anpan, pizza and curry fried bread, udon and naan. Steaming switches automatically to pounding; care and maintenance, warranty and after-sales service, and specifications are also covered. This manual is written in Japanese.
