This document is the Chinese-language data sheet for the P89LPC901 single-chip microcontroller, distributed by Guangzhou Zhouligong (ZLG). It describes a high-performance 80C51-type CPU core that executes instructions in 2 to 4 clock cycles, roughly six times faster than a standard 80C51 at the same clock rate.
The text covers features, pin configuration and pin descriptions for the 8-pin SO-8 package, special function register addresses and bit definitions, plus port, timer, watchdog, comparator, oscillator and reset details. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Operating supply voltage (VDD) | 2.4–3.6 V |
|---|---|
| Flash program memory | 1 KB |
| RAM data memory | 128 bytes |
| Timers/counters | 2 × 16-bit |
| Package | 8-pin SO-8 |
| Instruction execution time | 167–333 ns at 12 MHz |
| Flash byte erase time | less than 2 ms |
| I/O LED drive capability | 20 mA |
| Supported oscillator frequency range | 20 kHz–12 MHz |
Operating supply voltage VDD is 2.4 to 3.6 V, and the I/O pins can withstand 5 V.
It has 1 KB of Flash program memory and 128 bytes of RAM data memory.
It comes in an 8-pin SO-8 package, pin-compatible with PIC12C50x/1x microcontrollers.
At 12 MHz an instruction takes 167–333 ns, about six times faster than a standard 80C51.
