SITRANS Probe LU is a loop-powered continuous level monitor using advanced ultrasonic technology. Its circuit unit consists of electronic components connected to the sensor and process connection. The sensor is available in ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) or PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) materials. SITRANS Probe LU is suitable for many industrial and applications where corrosive chemicals are used. The ultrasonic sensor includes a temperature sensor element to compensate for temperature variations in the application. It uses HART1 communication and signal processing uses Sound Intelligence® technology.
