The ZY-FR1000 series soft starter from Zhongyuan Power is a modular, DSP‑controlled device designed for cage‑type three‑phase AC induction motors. It provides soft starting, protection and optional bypass contactor control, and is suitable for motor powers from 11 kW up to 355 kW.
The manual includes product inspection, installation guidelines, wiring diagrams, parameter settings, function tables, status indicators, maintenance procedures, fault analysis, application examples and Modbus communication details. The soft starter must be mounted vertically with the clearance distances shown in the installation tables, in a well‑ventilated indoor environment, and away from direct sunlight.
All technical parameters are valid up to 45 °C; if the ambient temperature exceeds 45 °C (up to 60 °C), the rated capacity must be reduced accordingly.
