About this manual

The HT48RA0-3 (OTP version) and HT48CA0-3 (mask‑programmed version) are eight‑bit RISC microcontrollers designed for applications requiring many I/O ports. They feature low power consumption, stable I/O, a built‑in RC oscillator, watchdog timer, halt and wake‑up functions, and are offered in a 20‑pin SSOP package.

Key specifications include a 2.0 V‑3.6 V operating voltage range, a 4 MHz system clock (±3%), 1 KB ×14‑bit program memory, 32 ×8‑bit data RAM, and 10 bidirectional I/O pins with optional Schmitt‑trigger inputs. The device also provides a carrier output, built‑in reset circuitry, and various mask‑configurable features. This manual is written in Chinese.
