Dell™ E-Port Plus is a connection device that supports Dell E-Series laptops, but is incompatible with any previous series of laptops. E-Port Plus allows you to connect your laptop to the following external devices: RJ-45 network connector - Used to connect a network interface cable. Parallel connector - Used to connect parallel devices, such as a printer. Link connector - Used to connect a laptop to the E-Port Plus connection device. Audio connector - Used to connect audio headphones or speakers and a microphone. USB 2.0 connector - Can connect up to five USB 2.0 compatible devices, such as a USB mouse. Three USB connectors are located on the left side of the E-Port Plus and two USB connectors are located on the back of the E-Port Plus. AC adapter connector
