FSTH Thermal Flow and Level Switch Installation and Operation Manual

The FSTH thermal flow and level switch operates on the principle of thermal dispersion. Two RTD temperature sensor elements are arranged side by side at the end of a pipe. As fluid flows past the sensors, it carries heat away from the heated sensor. By measuring the temperature difference between the two sensors, the flow rate can be determined.
