RNAtrip Instruction Manual

RNAtrip is a new type of RNA extraction kit that uses the latest technology and工艺to effectively lyse tissue cells, strongly inhibit RNA enzyme activity, protect RNA from degradation, and at the same time very effectively separate and remove DNA and protein. RNAtrip makes RNA separation as simple and reliable as extracting plasmid DNA, and can be completed in 30-60 minutes to obtain a very high purity total RNA precipitate, which can be used for RT-PCR, Northern Blot, RNA enzyme protection, Poly(A) mRNA purification, in vitro translation and other experiments.
