Exploration of pharmaceutical service model in multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases in children

The clinical pharmacists of West China Second University Hospital participated in the MDT process of rare diseases in children, and constructed a pharmaceutical service model of MDT of rare diseases in children by formulating drug treatment plans based on evidence-based practice, improving the accessibility of therapeutic drugs, pharmaceutical care, drug treatment management, and participating in the diagnosis and treatment process of children throughout the process.
