Absorbing Material for Damping Higher Order Modes (HOM) in CLIC PETS and Accelerating Structures

This document describes an absorbing material for damping higher order modes (HOM) in CLIC PETS and accelerating structures. The material has the following characteristics: dielectric constant in the range of 20 to 30, loss tangent of at least 0.3, and reproducibility of permittivity of the order of 10%.
