The present invention relates to a centrifuge head and a preparation method thereof, including a head body and a head cover provided at the top end of the head body; the head body includes a head inner assembly, a filling core and a shell; the shell is fixed on the outer surface of the head inner assembly and the filling core; and the shell is formed by a reinforcing layer and a carbon fiber belt spirally wound.
