MSPD**-ASO series low-cost, uncompensated miniature silicon pressure sensor chip datasheet

The MSPD**-ASO series of miniature silicon pressure sensor chips can provide accurate voltage output that is linearly related to the external sensed pressure. This series of chip products adopts SENSA®, the latest technology of Minxin. Depositing miniature piezoresistors on the silicon film and utilizing its piezoresistance effect to sense the deformation of the silicon film caused by pressure, so as to indirectly and accurately measure the external pressure.
