A centrifugal pump overflow device for multiple workstations
An overflow device for a centrifugal pump for cooling multiple workstations is proposed. The device comprises a centrifugal pump, a cooling main pipe, a flow regulating valve, a main pipe pressure gauge, a cooling branch pipe, a first electromagnetic shut-off valve, and a cutting fluid pressure regulating pipe and a flow regulating valve. The invention is applicable to multiple workstations with different pressure and flow requirements for cutting fluids, and the overflow device can conveniently realize multiple pressure cutting fluids of a single centrifugal pump. Automatic output meets the cooling requirements of different processing workstations.
