Low Power Hall Switch SDC1215

The SDC1215 is a high precision low power Hall switch, used for magnetic field detection and provides a corresponding digital output. At 1.85V typical power consumption is less than 4uW, so it is very suitable for low power products and can be used in battery powered systems that prioritize power consumption, such as touch screen phones, tablets, and laptops. The product has a precise magnetic switch switching point and is insensitive to process variation and temperature variation. It is available in small SOT-23-3, TO-92 and DFN-4L packages.
