XL6013 400KHz 60V 2A Boost Constant Current LED Driver
XL6013 is a boost constant current LED driver, which can work in the DC5V to 40V input voltage range, with low ripple, and built-in power MOS. The built-in fixed frequency oscillator and frequency compensation circuit simplify the circuit design. When the input voltage is greater than or equal to 12V, XL6013 can drive 5 to 10 strings of 1W LED. PWM control loop can adjust the duty cycle linearly from 0 to 90%. Built-in overcurrent protection function and EN pin logic level shutdown function. The internal compensation module can reduce the number of external components.
