XL3001 Buck Constant Current LED Driver

XL3001 is a buck constant current LED driver that can work in the DC8V to 40V input voltage range, low ripple, and built-in power MOS. XL3001 has a built-in fixed frequency oscillator and frequency compensation circuit to simplify circuit design. The PWM control loop can adjust the duty cycle linearly between 0~100%. Built-in output overcurrent protection, when the output is short-circuited, the switching frequency is reduced from 220KHz to 60KHz. The internal compensation module can reduce the number of peripheral components.
