M5 Bacterial Protein Extraction Kit includes 100ml extraction reagent, 1ml protease inhibitor cocktail, 200ul lysozyme (50mg/ml) and 100ul DNaseI(1000U/ml). The product is suitable for E. coli and insect cell-expressed recombinant protein extraction. The extraction process does not require ultrasonic crushing, which effectively avoids the contamination of exogenous proteins. This product can be applied to the extraction of soluble proteins from bacterial lysates. The bacterial protein extraction kit adds lysozyme, DNase I and protease inhibitor cocktail to the extraction reagent, which can improve protein extraction efficiency and reduce the viscosity caused by DNA, effectively avoid protein degradation. The extracted proteins retain biological activity and can be used for IP, Westernblot, protein purification and other downstream operations.
