This reference material is the first batch of qualitative gene typing reference materials. The raw material of the reference material is human whole blood-transformed immortalized cell line. The reference material is of DNA sample. It is used for the performance evaluation of HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DQB1 genotyping test kits: accuracy and repeatability. It is suitable for fluorescence PCR, PCR melting curve, PCR-SSP, PCR-SSO, SBT and NGS sequencing methods.
