EG3113 Datasheet

EG3113 is a high-performance MOS tube and IGBT gate driver chip with high cost performance. It integrates logic signal input processing circuit, dead time control circuit, lock circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit and output driver circuit. It is specially used for the driving circuit in brushless motor controller.
