Battery-powered high voltage megohmmeter MODEL 3124

This is a high voltage megohmmeter that can test insulation resistance in the voltage range of 1-10kV. It has a discharge function that automatically releases the charge in the circuit under test. It also has a digital voltmeter that can directly read the set voltage, output voltage, and discharge voltage.
