Acidic Linden Grain Medium

Acidic Linden Grain Medium is a product for aseptic testing of aseptic canning production line. It contains protein peptone, glucose, yeast extract, ammonium sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate and other ingredients. When using, take 29.5g of this product and add 1L of distilled water or purified water, stir and heat to a boil until completely dissolved, then divide into triangular bottles, and sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
