This is the user guide for Hong Kong Futures Automated Trading System (HKATS)
The Hong Kong Futures Automated Trading System (HKATS) is a transaction‑based network developed by the Exchange under a NASDAQ license. HKATS Online lets participants view real‑time market data, place and manage orders, and customize their trading environment.
The guide is organized into sections covering login/logout, trade information, instruments, order handling, market data, market‑making tools, user customization, and contingency procedures. Appendices provide detailed specifications, naming standards, price‑banding rules, and technical requirements for the client workstation.

A PC must have at least an Intel Core i3‑550 3.2 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 3 GB storage, 100 Mbps full‑duplex network, a 21‑inch monitor with 1280 × 1024 resolution, Windows 10 (64‑bit), and Google Chrome.
