NORDCALC™ is an online tool launched by Flowserve for valve selection, gas/liquid flow calculation, pressure drop calculation, torque calculation, multi-port configuration, sealant selection, blowdown calculation and report generation.
The NORDCALC™ range includes valves, sealants, and accessories designed to fit any need in any application. The accompanying software allows users to perform various engineering calculations related to these products.
The guide details the usage of five main tabs within the web application: Flow Calculations (for gas and liquid rates/pressure drops), Torque Calculation & Actuator Mounting Data, Multiport Arrangements, Sealant Recommendations, and Blowdown Calculation. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to input parameters such as valve figures, sizes, gas types, pressures, temperatures, and pipe diameters to generate specific reports.
