This document introduces the TD301DCANH3 and TD501DCANH3 high-speed H-type CAN isolation transceiver modules produced by Guangzhou Jinshengyang Technology Co., Ltd. The product features two-terminal isolation, built-in efficient isolation power supply, 2500VDC isolation voltage, operating temperature range of -40℃～+105℃, etc. It complies with ISO11898 standard, has a baud rate of up to 1Mbps, and can support 110 nodes.
The Mornsun TD301DCANH3 and TD501DCANH3 are single-channel high-speed H-type CAN isolation transceiver modules (enhanced version). These modules integrate an isolated power supply, signal isolation chip, and CAN transceiver chip into a single unit. They convert logic levels to CAN bus differential levels to achieve signal isolation and support up to 110 nodes on the same network with a maximum transmission rate of 1Mbps. The TD301DCANH3 model is powered by 3.0V to 3.6V, while the TD501DCANH3 is powered by 4.5V to 5.5V. This manual is written in Chinese.
