This document is a product manual of TD301DCAN and TD501DCAN integrated isolated power supply CAN transceiver modules from Guangzhou Jinshengyang Technology Co., Ltd. These two products have features such as dual isolation, built-in isolated power supply, and bus protection. They can realize isolated CAN circuit connection, support a maximum transfer rate of 1Mbps, and accommodate at least 110 nodes. The products comply with the ISO11898 standard, have low electromagnetic radiation and high electromagnetic interference resistance, and are suitable for environments with a working temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃.
The Mornsun TDx01DCAN series (models TD301DCAN for 3.3V and TD501DCAN for 5.0V) are integrated modules that combine power isolation, electrical isolation, CAN interface, and bus protection into a single device. These modules simplify the design of isolated CAN circuits by replacing the need for separate power isolation modules, high-speed digital isolators, and CAN transceivers.
