ST ST1S06xx handbook

The ST1S06xx is ST's step-down DC-DC switching regulator with synchronous rectification, internal soft start, and 2% output voltage tolerance. It is suitable for powering low-voltage digital core in HDD applications and other applications requiring large current. The maximum output current is 1.5A, the working temperature range is -30℃ to 125℃, and it supports DFN6D packaging.
